Position Overview:

We are hiring a reliable and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of company events and client engagements. This role involves hands-on event support, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring events run smoothly while delivering a positive experience for clients and attendees. This is an on-site position in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operational support.

• Support event coordinators and supervisors during live events.

• Serve as a point of contact for attendees, providing clear and accurate information.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event needs and timelines are met.

• Help organize event materials, equipment, and supplies before and after events.

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client or guest needs during events.
