Overview

The Tires Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, stocking, picking, and packing tires.

Essential Functions

• Unloads the tire trucks making sure quantity delivered matches the delivery receipts, maintaining excellent communication with supervisor when irregularities are found
• Prepares and labels incoming tires according to company standards
• Stocks tires in racks following stocking company standards
• Picks tires based on provided documentation
• Packs tires according to company guidelines
• Maintain orderly housekeeping of assigned area
• Adheres to all company safety rules and regulations

• Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred

Physical Demands

• Must be able to move up to 65 pounds
• Must be able to reach a maximum height of 5 feet
• Must be able to move inside the warehouse while carrying product
• Must be able to communicate verbally and written
• Must be able to read from a screen
• Must be able to ascend/descend ladders and stairs
• Must be able to hold a 2-pound handheld device
