As a new Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Expect to manage a dedicated team while coordinating the receiving, inventory management, and shipping processes. You'll be responsible for monitoring productivity metrics, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect among your team members. Your day will typically begin at 7 AM and conclude by 4 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to establish a consistent routine. Expect to lead daily briefings to align team goals and address any challenges.

Be prepared to engage in continuous communication, problem-solving, and promoting best practices to enhance operational effectiveness. Your role will also involve training new employees and ensuring that all standards are met in a customer-focused environment.
