Carolina’s Hometown Respiratory is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Assistant for our Concord, North Carolina location. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling customers for appointments pertaining to Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) therapy devices, meet with customers for instruction on function, use and maintenance of PAP therapy devices and supplies.

- Pay: Starting at $16-$19 per hour, offer dependent on experience
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8 AM – 5 PM
The right candidate will have:
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience working in an office, medical office is a plus
- Clean drug screen and background check
Our Clinical Assistant will:
- Interact with customers of all ages in person, via phone, mail, email and fax
- Utilize data management systems to store, retrieve and prompt procurement of PAP users’ data
- Schedule deliveries, pick-ups, discontinuances, maintenances or service calls
- Speak with dissatisfied customers and coordinates the correction of the complaint and ensures service recovery. Recommend corrective services to adjust customer complaints
- Communicate with referral offices and Account Executives on PAP users’ status’ and required documentation
- Contact customers to arrange delivery of settings-change media, oximeters and supplies, and retrieval of data media
- Compile PAP users’ data for billing purposes
- Conduct research, compiles and types statistical reports.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
- Order and maintain supplies
