We provide in-person and telehealth services, offering clients an integrated and compassionate approach to care.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct therapy services—including psychotherapy, counseling, and other treatments within your scope of practice—while collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 25 patient-facing hours per week

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions (in-person or via telehealth)

• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Community Reinforcement

• Complete master treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, transition plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with policy

• Provide clinical case management and communicate with families, referral sources, medical professionals, and other stakeholders

• Complete timely and accurate documentation (group notes/attendance within 24 hours; individual/family notes within 72 hours)

• Conduct urine drug screens as clinically indicated

• Participate in weekly supervision and treatment team meetings

• Conduct clinical assessments, assign diagnoses, and collaborate with utilization management for continued care needs

• Contribute to the development of clinical procedures and curriculum

• Pursue professional development and maintain licensure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services-related field

• Current licensure: LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, LCSWA, LCAS/A preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB testing

Core Competencies

• Experience working with complex, dually diagnosed clients

• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, including ASAM PPR-2

• Ability to work interpersonally and use motivational interviewing effectively

• Exceptional organization, communication, and documentation skills

• Compassion, empathy, and professionalism in client and stakeholder interactions

• Flexibility and initiative in adapting to client needs

• Proficiency with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and EHR systems
