What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
• Supervising and motivating team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with inventory management, including organizing and restocking merchandise.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Helping to train and develop team members to meet store goals.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Contributing to sales targets by promoting our products and services.
