General Sales Manager
Type: Full-Time Hourly + Commission

Responsibilities
Operations amp; Customer Experience
Maintain a 40-hour weekly schedule
Ensure professional appearance and adherence to company standards
Lead weekly/monthly team meetings and training
Maintain a 5-star online presence through excellent customer service
Sales amp; Marketing
Meet or exceed monthly membership sales and prospecting goals
Utilize consultative sales skills to convert leads
Create organic social media content
Participate in community outreach and outside sales
Team Leadership
Set and manage employee performance goals
Motivate, coach, and develop staff
Create a positive, energetic work culture
Studio Maintenance
Perform and document equipment checks
Manage and track product inventory
Requirements
2+ years managing operations in a fitness center, retail, hospitality or sales-driven environment (required)
2+ years leading and developing staff (required)
Strong commission-based sales background (preferred)
Valid Driver’s License (required)
Willingness to travel for corporate events and local sales activities (required)
Must be 18+ years old
Degree in Business, Fitness, Health, or related field (preferred)
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 11:00am–8:00pm
Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm
Sometimes Saturdays to support/events
