Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Crew Member:

• Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration tasks, such as debris removal, and cleaning
• Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
• Follow safety guidelines and identify potential hazards on job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure project needs are met
• Document job progress and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on-site
• Other tasks may be completed

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Technical school courses in basic industrial, carpentry or “green” work, trade courses or experience in heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical occupations are preferred
• An Energy Efficiency Certification is desired
• Employee needs a working knowledge of the techniques for installing and repairing windows, doors, floors, ceilings, and roofs
• Employee must be able to assess work and apply quality standards to outcomes
• Employee must be able to operate energy testing equipment such as blower door technologies, furnace efficiency equipment, carbon monoxide testers, etc
• Background check and drug screening required
