Administrative Assistant
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Keep our department and leaders on track by scheduling meetings, organizing events, and tracking attendance.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and ensure refreshments are ordered when needed.
- Procedure Adherence: Follow established guidelines with precision.
- Office Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies, keeping an eye on expenditures.
- Experience: At least 3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a medium to large organization.
- Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate degree or related degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products ( Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint ).
