Your impact

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor Professional Intermediate to work in Cary, NC and various unanticipated worksites in the U.S.

In this role, you will:

Receive, review, and import weekly progress measurement data to Jacobs project management system; Analysis and improvement of current project management database activities; Collection and buildout of progressable activity data as new subcontractors are onboarded; Analysis and interpretation of progress measurement and construction activity data; Weekly interfacing and progress investigation with construction management teams to ensure validity and accuracy of reported data; Reforecast of progress measurement data to ensure accurate reporting of current planned project schedule, including analysis of trend data; Report of project management information to construction management teams and project leadership; Utilization of project management and progress measurement tools to verify and record project status including reality capture, lidar scanning, and model milestone tracking.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or related construction and project controls occupation.

The base salary range for this position is $125,653.00 to $132,775.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
