Position Overview We are seeking organized and customer-oriented Registration Desk Staff to support daily operations in Charlotte. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, drivers, or event participants, assisting with check-ins, registrations, and general inquiries while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities * Greet and check in visitors, drivers, or participants professionally * Verify registrations and provide necessary information or credentials * Answer questions regarding parking services, site procedures, or event logistics * Maintain accurate records and update registration systems * Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar systems) * Professional appearance and demeanor * Detail-oriented and dependable Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $17 – $23 per hour * Flexible scheduling options * Paid training * Opportunities for growth * Supportive team environment
