System Administrator II

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network and system performance.
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, virtualization environments, and cloud-based services.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, and security updates to maintain operational efficiency.
• Administer and support identity management, user access control, and security protocols.
• Monitor, analyze, and document system performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with IT vendors and internal teams to implement infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in system administration, preferably in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Windows Server & Client Operating Systems and Office 365 Administration.
• Proficiency with VMware and virtualization technologies for system management.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, Cisco Networking, VPN, and MFA.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Ability to manage security measures, disaster recovery planning, and endpoint protection.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Linux, or relevant IT security certifications.
