Pay Rate:

• $15.00/hour – No Experience Required
• $18.00-$20.00/hour – Based on Cleaning Experience

Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Cleaners to join a growing team specializing in high-end residential homes, Airbnb and short-term rental properties, and commercial spaces throughout the Wilmington area.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong eye for detail, and understand the importance of professionalism and customer satisfaction. This position focuses on delivering exceptional cleaning services that create clean, welcoming, and healthy environments for clients and guests.

Job Responsibilities

Residential Cleaning

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of residential homes
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all areas
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and maintain cleanliness standards
• Organize and present homes to company expectations

Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Cleaning

• Complete turnover cleanings within required timeframes
• Change linens, make beds, and assist with laundry tasks
• Restock guest supplies including toiletries and paper products
• Stage and prepare homes for incoming guests
• Report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns immediately

Commercial Cleaning

• Clean offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Maintain floors, windows, and workspaces
• Follow scheduled cleaning routines and company procedures

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Experience with residential, Airbnb, hospitality, or commercial cleaning is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must be dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

Requirements

• Must pass E-Verify
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug screening
• English speaking and understanding required for safety purposes (bilingual candidates encouraged to apply)

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation procedures
• Experience following cleaning checklists and company systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of hospitality and Airbnb cleaning standards
