Senior Project Manager - Construction
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $140K-$170K (salary depends on experience)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects, particularly in at-risk contracts, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through execution.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and adherence to safety standards.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- At Risk Construction Management Experience
- Ground Up Commercial Project Management experience ranging from $10M-$50M
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing at-risk construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
