Senior Project Manager - Construction
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $140K-$170K (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects, particularly in at-risk contracts, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through execution.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and adherence to specifications.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and adherence to safety standards.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At Risk Construction Management Experience
• Ground Up Commercial Project Management experience ranging from $10M-$50M
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing at-risk construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
