We are just about to start, be one of the first lead math instructors and take control of teaching math
We are looking for an individual with a passion to teach and strong in Math who stays with us for years to come and grows with us What you will do as a lead math instructor :
- Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
- Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Calculus 1
- Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
Our world-class curriculum is built upon the Mathnasium Method the result of decades of hands-on instruction and development and has changed the lives of children since 2002. Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
