Lux Home Care is currently hiring 2 reliable and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for a full-time client case located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Position Overview

We are seeking individuals who are:

• Able to provide quality care while maintaining professionalism in the home

This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a steady schedule, dependable hours, and the ability to earn overtime.

Job Responsibilities May Include (Duties may vary based on client needs)

• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, hygiene support)
• Mobility assistance and safety monitoring
• Meal prep and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders (non-medical)
• Companionship and daily routine support
• Maintaining client comfort, dignity, and respect at all times

Requirements

Applicants must be able to:

• Pass a background screening (as required)
• Provide updated documentation/certifications (if applicable)
• Maintain dependable attendance and communication
• Follow care plan expectations and agency policies
