Systems Engineer

Accentuate Staffing is looking for a Systems Engineer to join a leading company in Raleigh, NC. The Systems Engineer Develops and Supports Microsoft O365 SharePoint, B2B, PowerBI, Power Automate and other applications, servers and datacenter operations to automate and streamline business and IT processes. Acts as escalation point for endpoint support.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and Supports Microsoft O365 SharePoint, B2B, PowerBI, Power Automate and other applications, servers and datacenter operations to automate and streamline business and IT processes.
• Acts as the team lead for Microsoft O365 automation and management.
• Completes systems administration and maintenance within recognized best practices.
• Maintains servers, operating systems, storage, data backups, IT management systems and other related equipment or software.
• Configures computing platforms including Windows 11 and Office 365 using Microsoft Intune.
• Provides on-call support in a rotating schedule.
• Provides monitoring and support for datacenter systems and applications.
• Provides support to the ServiceDesk for customer support services, including the use of ticketing, change management and other key customer support measures and metrics.
• Follows the established procedures for change control, root cause analysis, issue resolution, service ticket creation, assignment resolution and closure.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements:

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in datacenter operations, troubleshooting, and implementations required.
• Virtualization, storage and operating system experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune application management and deployment, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory preferred.
• Power Automation
• Office 365 with immense experience in SharePoint.
• Self-starter who is well organized and a team player, have strong communications skills and be able to multi-task and work under established deadlines.
• An associate degree in computer science or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred.  Combination of training and work experience may be substituted for the educational requirements.
