- Associate’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, ICP, and Discrete Analyzer
- Perform wet chemistry techniques, including titrations and extractions
- Prepare reagents and samples for testing
- Record and manage data in LIMS following GLP standards
- Develop and validate new analytical methods
- Maintain inventory of reagents and manage laboratory waste
- Interpret data and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols
- Perform general lab housekeeping duties, including glassware washing
