Job Title: Quality Inspector

Pay & Schedule:

• $20.50/hr + $1.25 shift differential
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)
• Pay evaluations at 6 months and 1 year

Job Summary:

The Quality Inspector ensures products meet company and customer quality standards by performing inspections, testing materials, and supporting production teams. This role helps maintain a strong culture of quality across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process inspections throughout production (mixing, wax, sizing, conditioning, slitting, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
• Test products, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities
• Communicate results and recommend process adjustments
• Complete and maintain quality documentation
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and prevent recurring issues
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial quality inspection
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Understanding of quality methods (e.g., FMEA)
• Ability to meet physical demands and safety requirements

This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, NC.

The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $42640.00/yr.

Will provide upon request from candidate

This is a fully onsite position in Lexington,NC.

This position is anticipated to close on Jun 12, 2026.
