Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Charlotte office. This position is fully on-site , so candidates must live in or near the Charlotte area .
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing support, ensuring satisfaction, and assisting with account coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and problem-solving in a professional team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

• Support daily client account activities, including scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports as needed.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and client materials.

• Anticipate client needs and provide proactive, solution-oriented support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, applicants must reside locally.
