Location: Tar Heel, NC (Must reside within 50 miles)

Equipment: Late-model Lightweight Sleepers (Automatic) & 53’ Refrigerated Trailers

• Consistent Earnings: Average $1,242 per week , with our top performers hitting $1,485 .
• Reliable Home Time: 34-hour reset weekly so you can recharge.
• Regional Focus: Running the Southeast with consistent routes—no guessing games.
• Modern Gear: Drive comfortable, lightweight sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions.

The Details

• The Route: Outbound loads with guaranteed backhauls to NC.
• The Schedule: 5-day work week. Please note: This is a 24/7 operation; drivers must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts to keep the freight moving.
• The Pay: * Load-based pay ($52.06) for short hauls (under 190 miles).
• • Mileage pay based on experience for longer hauls.
  • Hourly rate of $21/hr for specific duties.
  • $175/day mentor pay (5-day period).

Requirements

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Proximity: Must live within 50 miles of the Tar Heel terminal.
• Commute: Must have reliable transportation to and from the yard/orientation.
