Responsibilities

• Help customers select, test drive, and purchase a vehicle.
• Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on a test drive
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers
• Build a rapport with potential customers
• Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed
• Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory
• Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets
• Assist with the setup of showroom and promotional displays
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude
• Maintain compliance training

Requirements

• Auto Sales experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided.
• Sales experience in any industry is a plus!
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person that's motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Driver's license and good driving record
