Coast 2 Coast Preps Scout (NC - event specific)

This document outlines the official expectations and performance standards for evaluators covering Coast 2 Coast Preps events. All evaluators are expected to meet these requirements to ensure consistency, professionalism, and high-quality content delivery.

1. Daily Player Spotlight Requirements

• Minimum of 10 Player Spotlights required per Day.
• Each spotlight must be posted within 30 minutes of the game conclusion.
• Include 2–5 sentences evaluating the player’s performance. Must include the player’s Full Name and Class (Example: 2030 Cannon Washington).
• Must include the Day and Time Slot of the game evaluated (Example: Saturday – 3:00 PM Game).
• All spotlight posts must collaborate/tag the following accounts:

1. 2nd Page Account
2. Official Event Partner Account
3. Team Instagram Account
4. Player Instagram Account

2. Top Performers Selection

• Select 15–25 Top Performers from the event.
• Include a professional player photo for each selected athlete.
• Selections must reflect performance across the entire event, not just one game.

3. Event Coverage & Web Articles

• Publish a minimum of 5 web articles per event.
• Article categories may include:

1. Top Teams
2. Top Players
3. Event Recap
4. Championship Coverage
5. Standout Performances

Professional Standards

• All content must reflect professionalism and strong basketball evaluation insight.
• Writing must be concise, clear, and aligned with Coast 2 Coast Preps brand voice.
• Timely posting is mandatory and directly tied to evaluator performance expectations.
• Consistency, collaboration, and accuracy are required at all times.

Compensation Structure

• Player Spotlights: $20 per approved post.
• Web Articles: $25 per approved article.
• All content must meet evaluator standards and posting requirements to qualify for payment.
