Is this you?

• Have 3+ years setting up CNC mills or lathes?
• Comfortable reading blueprints, applying GD&T, and measuring down to ±0.0002"–0.0005"?
• Can navigate G‑code or conversational programs, align fixtures, and verify dimensions?
• Familiar with Siemens, Fanuc, or OSP? Even better.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED?

What you’ll handle

• Set up and operate CNC equipment to produce aerospace‑grade parts.
• Run 3‑ to 5‑axis DMG Mori mills (Siemens 840D) or multi‑axis lathes with live tooling, sub‑spindles, and C/Y axis.
• Execute first‑piece inspections; uphold 5S and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to maintain consistency.

Bonus points

• 5‑axis or multi‑axis experience (DMG Mori, Grob, Okuma, Makino).
• AS9100 or aerospace shop background.
• High‑temp alloys experience (Inconel, Monel).
• NIMS or GD&T certs, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt+.
