We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and uphold the high standards that make us a local favorite.

Position Overview:
The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, staff management, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This role requires a creative and strategic leader who can balance culinary innovation with operational efficiency to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Create and refine seasonal menus that showcase Italian cuisine and premium steaks, incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Inventory & Cost Management: Oversee food inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals while minimizing waste.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Culinary Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the menu while honoring the restaurant’s Italian steakhouse roots.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant.
• Expertise in Italian cuisine and steak preparation is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Financial acumen, including experience managing food costs and budgets.
• Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
