Wilson Property Management is in search of an experienced, well-organized, and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to become a valuable member of our Maintenance Team. Competitive pay, inclusive of paid holidays and vacation, is offered, along with mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Health insurance becomes available after 60 days of employment.. This is a full-time position that includes an on-call rotation, with an approximate on-call commitment of 1 week every 7 weeks. A clean criminal background check is a required. - Must have previous maintenance experience.
- Must have your own truck/van and tools. Valid Driver's license required.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 to 100 lbs
- Work within expense limits, Complete Daily reports and time sheets.
