Intake Consultant, Spanish Bilingual / Intake Specialist / Coordinator – Raleigh, NC

Client-Facing Role • Full-Time • On-Site

Are you a compassionate communicator with strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others? We're hiring an Intake Consultant to be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients. This role plays a key part in evaluating new inquiries, gathering case information, and guiding clients through the intake process with empathy and professionalism.

Schedule & Location

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Location: On-site | Raleigh, NC

What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming leads with empathy and professionalism
• Evaluate case eligibility based on firm criteria
• Gather complete and accurate intake information (contact details, documents, photos, etc.)
• Maintain detailed notes and rationale for lead status changes
• Respond to messages and emails from prospective clients
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly goals
• Communicate with callers and agencies to obtain necessary information
• Document all interactions in the Case Management System
• Provide alternate resources to leads not eligible for services

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent listening and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Critical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience with data entry and record keeping
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient with computer systems and client management software
• Patient and compassionate in both verbal and written communication

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year in a direct customer service role
• 1–2 years in medical, legal, or client intake preferred
• Law firm intake experience is a plus
• Familiarity with systems like Lead Docket, GrowPath, or Filevine preferred
