Your Mission

Champion reliability across our lines by blending disciplined preventive maintenance with swift, accurate troubleshooting. Your impact will be felt in every avoided shutdown, every precise adjustment, and every thoughtful shift report that keeps the next team set up for success.

Shift & Rotation

12-hour schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation, 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM.

What You’ll Achieve

• Plan and execute PMs on production equipment, building systems, and conveyors to sustain peak performance.
• Use observation, sound, and precision test instruments to locate and verify the true source of issues.
• Install, tune, and maintain electrical systems—wiring, motors, switches, switchboards, and mechanisms.
• Diagnose and correct electrical faults quickly to minimize downtime.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery; determine and carry out necessary fixes.
• Deliver clear, concise mechanical maintenance shift reports with data, findings, and completed work orders.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Technical fluency with automated production machinery and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, OEM specs, and wiring diagrams.
• Skill using precision gauges, multimeters, and basic machine shop tools.
• Readiness to stand/walk for a 12-hour shift.
• Completion of 24/40-hour HAZWOPER training; medically qualified for respiratory protection.
• Capability to push/pull/lift at least 45 lbs. alone and 50 lbs. with team assistance.
• Ability to pass a spirometry exam for respirator fit testing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, HAZWOPER, and ISO14001.

Pay & Benefits

Hiring range: $60,000–$65,000 per year, dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vision, critical illness, life insurance, flexible spending, retirement, paid time off, pet insurance, and a variety of retail discounts.
