A high-volume luxury automotive dealership in the Charlotte, NC area is looking for a top-tier Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead customers through a refined, transparent, and high-quality purchase experience. • Present finance and insurance products clearly and professionally to every customer
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing options
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
• Partner with the sales team to maximize product penetration, including warranties, service contracts, GAP, and protection plans
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

• Proven track record as an Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or Sales Manager in a franchised dealership
• Strong ability to structure deals for maximum profitability while adhering to dealership guidelines
• Expertise in leasing and special finance programs
• Familiarity with state law requirements and all relevant vehicle paperwork
• High ethical standards and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and insurance
