We partner with leading FinTech companies to help educate consumers about financial products and services that can help them better manage, save, and grow their money.

We're looking for outgoing, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Customer Acquisition Representatives. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions, provide information, and help individuals understand financial solutions that may fit their goals.

No financial background is required. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting with small to medium sized businesses face-to-face in a professional environment
• Educating customers about financial products and services
• Helping customers understand checking and savings account options
• Explaining the benefits of high-yield savings accounts
• Assisting customers with information regarding investment and digital asset accounts
• Answering customer questions and providing exceptional customer service
• Helping qualified customers get started with products and services that fit their needs
• Building relationships and trust within the community
• Participating in daily training focused on communication, customer service, and professional development

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, banking, finance, or sales is helpful but not required.
