The Digital Solution Analyst should have a strong ability to learn and understand the technologies and solutions that empower the teams and processes. They should be adept at translating business needs and functional requirements into effective solutions.
They should possess the capability to collaborate with various functions across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency.
The successful candidate should be skilled in documenting, designing, and recommending business processes. They should also be capable of establishing new processes, procedures, and technologies to promote organizational improvements.
The Digital Experience Manager is a senior role that requires strong product management skills and the ability to manage the end-to-end digital product lifecycle.
You will be responsible for the product planning, strategic roadmap development and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including detailing digital product and customer requirements in collaboration with the commercial team & software engineering teams.
This role includes strong problem solving, leadership and relationship building skills.
This position will be responsible for development of new digital products and experiences and/or improving current digital products and organizing their execution based on a deep understanding of stakeholder and end-user needs, digital product and market insights and other in-depth analysis.
This position is specifically responsible for the product management function related to customer facing digital platforms including but not limited to Bobcat.com, ecommerce, and owner portal platforms. This position maintains a regional and global mindset and responsibility to harmonize the dealer and customer experience across product lines and regions.Role & Responsibility
Solution and Process Analysis:
- Analyze business problems and requests from a process and solution standpoint.
- Conduct meetings with key users to determine business needs and requirements.
- Engage in the fit-gap analysis of existing processes and solutions.
- Identify and define detailed process requirements and use cases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Establish robust relationships with key stakeholders within your related function.
- Drive organizational communication.
- Provide project status updates when required.
Training and Testing
- Provide training and documentation to the business super users on new processes and enhancements.
- Participate in system integration testing and assist with facilitating user acceptance testing.
Project Management
- Engage in project teams.
- Develop a clear and concise understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Possess the ability to identify and solve problems utilizing your critical thinking skills.
Compliance and Security :
- Collaborate with our cybersecurity team to ensure that digital transformation initiatives comply with data protection and privacy regulations.
External Engagement :
- Engage with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultants, and industry groups.
- Stay informed about emerging digital trends and best practices.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Travel Standard: Less than 15%
- The ability to participate in multiple projects at any given time
- Excellent collaboration skills, both written and verbal
