Join a collaborative team of 10 psychiatrists, 9 psychiatric nurse practitioners, residents, fellows, and a full interdisciplinary support staff. With a new medical school launching in 2026, and well-established residency and fellowship programs already in place, this is an exceptional opportunity to impact the future of psychiatric care while enjoying a manageable schedule. Work just 4.5 days per week with no weekends, and earn over $400,000 annually through a base salary, uncapped production, and robust executive-level benefits. If desired, you can also customize your role to include consult liaison, addiction, emergency psychiatry, or ECT/TMS.
