Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible North Carolina SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience with PreK, elementary, or high school students preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in PreK, elementary, and high school settings
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document progress in line with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to best support student communication goals
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adapt interventions to diverse student populations
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff professional development, and school events
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance documentation
