Pool Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Installation Crew Leader to guide our installation teams and ensure the successful completion of pool projects. This role is perfect for a seasoned pool installer with strong leadership skills who is committed to delivering excellence in every project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of pool installation technicians on both residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee all phases of pool installation, including excavation, liner installation, equipment setup, and finishing touches.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, and stay within budget.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and building codes during installation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation process.
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
• Inspect work quality and ensure all equipment is functioning properly before project completion.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment for installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety at all times.
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of installation equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pool installation and construction.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of pool installation processes, materials, and techniques.
• Strong understanding of pool equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks (up to 50 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pool installation certification (preferred but not required).
