Outside sales and territory development (remote – no office / commuting) Client Summary:
Our client is a global leader in high-end commercial gym equipment, treadmills, spin cycles, exercise bikes, weights, digital fitness and health solutions. They have a great remote sales opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager specializing in corporate health, wellness and performance. You'd sell into wellness related locations with fitness equipment like Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy centers, College Athletic programs, Sports & Athletic training facilities, Corporate HQ gyms, and more. Salary & Benefits:
$75k base salary with uncapped bonus and commission plan
$150k on target yearly earnings
Uncapped commission plan – Top earners make $250k+

Our client is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their Field Sales team and perform territory development. The role boasts variety, with a key focus on new business development and account growth. A typical day is spent in the field, meeting with prospective clients in need of fitness solutions for the therapy center, corporation or athletic program. Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code
- At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar territory development sales role
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus

- Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
