Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

Rate of Pay:$18-$22/DOE

Location- Shelby

Position Summary: The Sales Account Manager develops and maintains strong relationships with key clients, representing the full range of company products and services. This role ensures customer needs are met, drives revenue growth, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-volume clients.

· Achieve assigned revenue and strategic growth targets.

· Understand and anticipate customer needs, providing effective solutions.

· Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

· Provide progress reports to clients and management.

· Stay informed on industry trends and market developments.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years in sales).

· Proven success in strategic selling and managing key accounts.

· Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

· Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain accuracy under pressure.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred.

· Must be a team player with integrity, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
