What You’ll Do:

• Keep production moving by troubleshooting and repairing high-speed machinery.

• Use your ability to read blueprints and schematics to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.

• Perform PMs and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

What You Need:

• Experience: 3+ years in industrial maintenance (Plastics experience is a huge plus!).

• Skills: Mechanical/electrical aptitude and the ability to read technical drawings.

• Mindset: A "get it done" attitude for a high-volume production floor.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum production uptime by performing emergency repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy environment and brings specific expertise in plastics manufacturing .

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical components of production machinery.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to perform precise repairs.

• Perform routine Preventative Maintenance (PM) to minimize downtime.

• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns on the production floor.

• Collaborate with the production team to optimize machine performance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance; experience in a plastics environment (injection molding, extrusion, etc.) is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: ability to read and follow blueprints and electrical schematics.

• Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• Shift Flexibilty: Ability to work the 2nd shift consistently and overtime as needed.

• Pay Rate: $28–$32/hr

• Top Requirements: Plastics experience, Blueprint reading, 2nd shift availability. Must be able to train on 1st Shift

• Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing.
