Tie-In Operator
P&A Industrial Fabrications, a leading and growing company in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join the team as a Tie-In Operator at our Roxboro, North Carolina facility. As a Tie-In Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our weaving processes, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our textile production. Responsibilities
- Prepare weaving machines for warp tie-in operations
- Troubleshoot and correct warp leases as needed
- Operate Staubli and other tie-in heads, frames, and related equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet production and quality goals
- Use handheld scanners for inventory and production tracking
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Textile manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Paid on-the-job training available for the right candidate
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn equipment operation and manufacturing processes
- Dependable with good attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus
