We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to represent and support the CEO/President of our company. An Individual who is professional, dependable, proactive, and capable of representing executive leadership with confidence and efficiency.

Position Details:

  • Part-Time Position.
  • In-Office Role.
  • 2530 Hours Monday -Friday.

Compensation:

  • $20.00 Per Hour.

Travel Requirements:

  • Domestic and International Travel Required.

In this role, you will report directly to the CEO/President and assist with daily administrative and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities for the role are but are not limited to:

  • Attend weekly meetings with both International and Domestic offices while taking detailed notes and preparing reports for the CEO.
  • Correspond via emails and phone calls to Mills, Customers and staff members under the CEO direction.
  • Compose written Letters/ Memos.
  • Proficient with processing shipments via DHL, UPS and USPS.
  • Financial Reporting within Internal Offices.
  • Arrange Travel for the CEO and Sales Teams for Domestic and International including Air, Car, and Hotel.
  • Obtain Travel Visas for International Entry.
  • Provide personal support in scheduling for properties, homes and other assets.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Team player with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • 35 Years of Administrative Experience Preferred.
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus.
