STORMWATER PROJECT MANAGER

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex projects in stormwater management, watershed planning, drainage design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance
• Manage project delivery end‑to‑end: client relations, technical direction, and stakeholder coordination
• Mentor junior and mid‑level staff to foster professional growth
• Play a leadership role in team development, business development initiatives, and aligning projects with client and regulatory goals

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• PE license—or ability to obtain within six months
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 6 years managing teams
• Strategic, self‑motivated, team‑oriented, with excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
