Financial Services Representative | Entry-Level & Experienced | Flexible Schedule | Part-Time Transition Available
We are hiring Financial Services Representatives and Investment Advisor Trainees for part-time and full-time opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing careers in financial services , wealth management , insurance , or investment advising .
Whether you are seeking an entry-level Financial Advisor opportunity or bringing experience from sales, finance, or client-facing roles, this position offers paid training, mentorship, and financial support for obtaining required Life Insurance and Securities Licenses.
This is a career-oriented role focused on client education, relationship building, and long-term income growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Financial Needs Assessments with clients
- Provide insurance and investment guidance
- Develop retirement and financial planning strategies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Grow book of business through networking and referrals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Interest in financial advising, sales, or wealth management
- Willingness to obtain state insurance and securities licenses
- Sales, finance, customer service, or business experience preferred
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity with income potential aligned to effort, licensing, and production. The compensation plan for Full-time advisors is designed to generate a six-figure annual income.
