Join our Recreation Team as a Cabana Attendant and help deliver unforgettable beach and recreation experiences at our beautiful private club.

What You'll Do

As a Cabana Attendant, you'll be on the front lines of Member experience—ensuring the front gate and cabana areas are welcoming and fun. You'll:

• Create memorable experiences for Members, Guest Members, and Guests through exceptional service and hospitality
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival—smiling, making eye contact, and using names whenever possible
• Assist with guest requests and accommodations, always striving to say “Yes” and find solutions
• Monitor and manage the Cabana, including all sales for sundries and rentals 
• Check Member cards upon arrival and before charging 
• Respond appropriately to emergencies by following established procedures
• Assist Members and guests with general questions and directions, as needed
• Process sales using the POS system
• Stand when greeting Members and guests, every time 
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front gate, cabana, and recreation facilities
• Stay knowledgeable about Club events, hours, closures, and offerings
• Communicate guest feedback or concerns promptly while solving issues whenever possible
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Complete opening, side, and closing duties as assigned
• Be a positive role model and supportive teammate
