Senior Financial Analyst – Full-Time | On-Site | Direct Hire

Location: Greensboro–High Point–Winston-Salem, NC
Company Size: Mid-sized, high-energy team
Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

As our Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and supporting leadership with actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning and forecasting

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and performance tracking

• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

• CPA or MBA (preferred)

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• A proactive mindset and a sense of humor (yes, really—we like smart and witty!)

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
