Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Location: Forrest Oakes Health Care

• Deliver exceptional nursing care according to individualized care plans.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care.

• Monitor resident conditions, assess symptoms, and administer medications/treatments.

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions.

• Educate residents and families about health conditions and care procedures.

• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and uphold safety standards.

• Active RN license (unencumbered) in the state.

• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.

• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing resident needs with compassion.
