Landscaping Crew Leader

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading a crew on residential or commercial Landscapes

• Operating equipment such as - skid steers, excavators, etc.

• Training and coaching your team to hit high-quality standards and Efficiency scores

• Communicating with clients and team leaders to keep jobs on point

• Tracking hours, reporting issues, and helping plan daily logistics

• Looking for ways to make the day smoother, faster, and better

✅ What You Need:

• 1–2 years' experience in landscaping or similar trade as a Crew Leader.

• Driver’s license and a clean record (Required)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outside in the NC Summer sun

• Strong communication skills and positive attitude

• A desire to grow with a company that’s growing fast
