Landscaping Crew Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and commercial projects
- Operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers and excavators
- Train and coach team members to achieve high-quality standards and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients and team leaders to ensure project goals are met
- Track crew hours, report issues, and assist with daily planning and logistics
- Identify and implement ways to improve workflow and project outcomes
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in landscaping or a similar trade, with prior crew leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a positive, dependable attitude
- Passion for outdoor work and commitment to high-quality results
