Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and commercial projects
• Operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers and excavators
• Train and coach team members to achieve high-quality standards and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients and team leaders to ensure project goals are met
• Track crew hours, report issues, and assist with daily planning and logistics
• Identify and implement ways to improve workflow and project outcomes

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in landscaping or a similar trade, with prior crew leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a positive, dependable attitude
