Azure DevOps Engineer

job summary:
This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining automated infrastructure solutions across cloud environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in GitHub Actions, Terraform, and scripting with Bash and Python, as well as hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

· Develop automation scripts and tooling using Bash and Python.

· Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.

· Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and workloads.

· Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment processes, reliability, and observability.

· Ensure cloud infrastructure follows best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization.

· Participate in on-call rotations and support critical systems as needed.

· Document processes, architecture, and configurations.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.

· Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for automation and CI/CD.

· Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.

· Production-level experience with Terraform for IaC.

· Deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts, deployment patterns, and cluster operations.

· Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

· Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.

· Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
