Product Owner

Description

Seeking a Product Owner who blends business acumen and technical depth to drive delivery of platform features and services within Interactive Services. You will own the backlog, translate strategy into clear requirements, and collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions that are secure, scalable, and compliant.

Interactive Services powers customer and employee-facing experiences that connect channels, systems, and data—enabling seamless digital interactions across web, mobile, contact center, and assisted servicing. The team builds and evolves platform capabilities (APIs, middleware, services) that improve engagement, streamline journeys, and integrate with enterprise systems at scale, with a strong focus on resiliency, security, and regulatory compliance.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
