Job Title: Technical Lead APAC
Location: Qualified candidates need to be located in Research Triangle, North Carolina

Reports To: VP of Engineering
Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to guide our team of engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will combine your technical expertise with strong leadership abilities to drive projects forward, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Design, develop, and oversee implementation of software, systems, or infrastructure solutions.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Team Collaboration:
- Act as a technical point of contact between the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor and support engineers to foster professional growth and a high-performing team culture.
Project Management:
- Plan and prioritize development tasks in alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Identify potential technical challenges and propose solutions proactively.
- Monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery, and address bottlenecks or risks.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team on the cutting edge.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and team capabilities to increase productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong background in [specify relevant technologies, e.g., Python, Java, cloud platforms, etc.].
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in software design and architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in [list specific technical skills or tools].
