Job Title: Technical Lead APAC

Location: Qualified candidates need to be located in Research Triangle, North Carolina

Reports To: VP of Engineering

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to guide our team of engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will combine your technical expertise with strong leadership abilities to drive projects forward, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Design, develop, and oversee implementation of software, systems, or infrastructure solutions.
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Team Collaboration:

• Act as a technical point of contact between the team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and support engineers to foster professional growth and a high-performing team culture.

Project Management:

• Plan and prioritize development tasks in alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Identify potential technical challenges and propose solutions proactively.
• Monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery, and address bottlenecks or risks.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team on the cutting edge.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and team capabilities to increase productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong background in [specify relevant technologies, e.g., Python, Java, cloud platforms, etc.].
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in software design and architecture.
