Job Description

The role involves providing exceptional, personalized care to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Your expertise will help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-focused care in a rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize advanced equipment and technology to support patient rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Support and educate patients and their families on recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in med-surg or rehabilitation settings preferred.
