Divison Aftermarket Manager
- Manage all direct reports, including hiring, counseling, termination, approving leave requests, training, and performance reviews.
- Execute the Aftermarket Growth Plan and annual budget.
- Oversee Aftermarket processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Monitor goals and budget in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Resolve elevated customer issues within Parts and Service Departments.
- Assist in developing and executing the Aftermarket marketing plan (advertising, promotions, etc.).
- Support compensation plan reviews, pay plans, salary increases, and bonuses.
- Collaborate with Parts Operations Manager to ensure inventory metrics and processes are followed.
- Partner with Aftermarket Director to ensure service processes are executed effectively.
- Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate employee performance and ensure compliance.
- Communicate staffing needs and oversee hiring when positions are approved.
- Recommend capital expenditures as part of the Fixed Asset Budgeting process.
- Facilitate or assist with regular staff meetings with parts and service teams.
- Collaborate with manufacturer representatives on special allowance requests.
- Participate in performance groups and advisory groups as needed.
- Perform other tasks related to parts and service operations.
- 1-2 years managing multiple dealership locations (preferably Agricultural or Heavy equipment).
- 4+ years’ experience managing Service and/or Parts Department operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Familiarity with agricultural and competitive equipment products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports and financial statements.
- Advanced understanding of financial principles related to Parts and Service operations.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
